Photos delivered through TravelPic belong to the parties as agreed in the booking terms between the traveler and the photographer. We store delivered photos to provide the Service (for example, your in-app gallery) and do not use your photos for advertising without your explicit consent.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will delete or anonymize your data unless we are legally required to retain it.
